I got up and looked around."Man.." The Castillo de San Marcos was such a crappy place to hide in."Hmm..." I walked towards a piece of cloth and found that it was a shirt.I grabbed it and started making a fire out of it, hearing the screams of pain and fury outside.I started eating a granola bar as the fire started.Moonlight nudged me a bit.I smiled and handed her a piece of the granola bar.I did the same with Soul, but watched him.He looked sad."C'mon Soul.Don't be sad." I rubbed him behind the ears.He licked me silently then walked to a soldier's bed.He fell asleep on it instanly. |
