I haven't looked into this issue much, but I believe it is a ROBLOX update.
I don't know about you, but I believe that it is actually a ROBLOX update that prohibits a lot of bricks from appearing, and saving you some lag. This could also just be your processor having a lot of trouble pocessing all the primatives and connectors.
I would recommend that you also check your graphics card, as it may be having problems showing the bricks.
I have two questions; do the bricks "disappear" when you're looking at a lot of bricks or very few bricks, and are the baseplates disappearing or not?

You can't install back?
Just go on ROBLOX, press "Play" on any game, and the installer should pop up :) |

Hello. I have a issue that interfers with me building my places. This error has occured quite a few number of times. My resize tool will not work. When I click on the brick with my resize tool and I try to resize the brick nothing happens. I have tried on both build mode and edit mode. If you can assist me, I would greatly appercate it. |
