personally trance kinda disgusts me, ironically i listen to basshunter a bit and he's pretty generic
infected mushroom is great however
i just hate trance for poppy it can be at some times, psytrance can be nice though

you just dont know where to look for good electronic
if you hate trance, which is arguably the most "out there" subgenre of electronic, then yeah, i understand that, but if you look into artists that make more varied, and tasted electronic such as triphop and drum and bass
if you dont think electronic is talented, then it's generic house and trance that isnt talented, it's really just a few layers of audio slapped together most of the time, go listen to aphex twin, digitalism, venetian snares, massive attack, and amon tobin, that should give you a more talented view on electronic |
