here are my suggestions:
1. Contest Place testing:
to chack if any are fakes or there inserts etc..
Pay: 10 R$ per contest (idk i think thats too much tell me if it is)
2. Retexturers:
retexture stuff so they can be made into gear and hats
Pay: 1R$ per item (good enough)
Limit: 3 Per day (otherwise we would all be rich)
3. Scripters:
making gear scripts for Admins
Pay: if you make a script for a gear and it gets used u get the gear
Limit: 1 per weak
4. Reporters:
report people to admins (kinda like regular) for good reasons
Pay: if the REPORTED is found guilty the REPORTER gets 3R$
Limit: 1 pay per day
Use: encourages people to behave properly or a reporter could catch them
5. Testers:
find any glitches in Roblox and tells an admin
Pay: 10R$ per Glitch
Limit: 1per weak (might be too long but we dont whant everyone rich)
Use: fix up Roblox for the better and stop explioters
6. Admin Quester!!!:
whanever an admin visits your game (when its really popular)
Pay: you get an amazing gear, like a golden scatterblaster (1 hit kill)
Use: encourages users to work their hardest

1: Yes, but might abuse.
2: Yep, After hired, another page for textures is added.
3: No, must be creative.
4: They still could abuse, even if they post good things.
5: Everyone has a chance to test for every two weeks.
6: Not a lot of admins go online. |

I told you about the second job.
1: People with those jobs will have a gui checklist on contests.
3: People need to learn how to add gui without add ing it to the tool.
4-6: Impossible to improve.

2. No. There is a retexture group and if your retexture gets made, your reward is a free copy of the item.
3. Jeditkacheff can handle it himseld.
4. We used to have moderators. They got scrapped.
5. Already have them. If you report a serious glitch, you win a Red Banded Tophat
6. No. The reward is the fact you had an admin go to your place. |
