Community Project - Anyone interested?

So... some of you may remember the past projects. Basically, we took a large amount of people, and churned out a massive RP world. People lost interest though, and it died out. I later revived it. It died again. I want to see who's interested this time.

I'll do back-plotting. A lot of plot is only blind-guessing since some people's actions will change the course of events. I know how to manipulate the plot so that the PEOPLE will undoubtedly put the pieces in place for important events, based on morals and goals.
