Since they made hats they should make a gear...
A bottle of Canadian Maple Syrup, and you would shoot people with it and slow down they're walk speed and have like a syrup splat as a gui :D!

But there should be a limit to how many times you can shoot other people within like 5 seconds or 10 seconds :D
*IMPORTANT* Will it reduce a players' speed BY X? Or will it reduce the players' speed TO X? (X = a reasonable number for each question)
