When you go into someones place, it gives that person 1 tix. You can only do this once a day. People with BC, can create shirts for you to buy so they can make money. That is it.

i think what he means is can you give your ROBUX or TIX to another person, no shirt selling or going into another ones place. like for example me giving you all of my 47 TIX.

no u can only get it by goin into/someone goin into ur place so the owner gets 1 ticket or by selling but if u sell u could title it donate shirt and make a big price on it

Unless ROBLOX allows this (which I hope he does), it's impossible. You can only go to their place and buy their stuff.
