Making Voting Less Complicated

It's very hard to vote these days. It's almost impossible to get to 95%. Then I found a good idea. If there were two prizes for voting, one would be 95% and the other could be lower! That means people don't have to have much stress when voting.

Making it two prizes mean you could go for the prize that is easy to get or be, "Mr. Bigshot" and go for the prize for the bigger number.
