Authenticators.
What they are: Basically they're little chips which contain a code sequence. It will display a series of numbers which changes every 10 seconds or so. This series of numbers acts as a secondary pass.word.
Why doesn't roblox take this up? They could make more money off of it, (Making players buy it.) and they could help their current paying players not lose their accounts and um, stop being able to pay.
So what is there to lose? Roblox as a company could gain more money. |

No, I'm saying that to make people pay to secure their accounts is poor marketing tactics. Think about it. If people find that they have to pay to be cared about in roblox, and roblox is trying to tell and advertize that they have a great community (which, might I add that it isn't a great community =p), then they'll just end up with less than if they gave you free protection. |

People with BC getting hacked is also bad for business. (One of my good friends did, not me.)
And I'm pretty sure those people whom got hacked going onto the forums, and complaining a lot is bad for business. |

All the more sense to implement it to everybody, because if an NBCer gets hacked as well, he's going to the forums to complain, which is equally as bad for business. |

also, I don't understand why a hacked BC account is worse than a hacked NBC account. Both yield a probability of generating revenue for roblox. |

Besides, BC should only offer luxuries, not utilities.
You don't see bigger apartments that offer more electricity and more water than the smallest of apartments, thats a city service. Same goes for roblox. |

You need to change pass then log off.
Make sure your (pass recovery option that is like PMs but on another site and begins with an E) (why is that filtered?) wasn't changed either.
That gets the hackers off your account and locked off.

Am I getting totally ignored here? I just posted how to get the "Hackers" off the account.
Step 1: Make sure (pass recovery option I stated before) has not been changed. (Fix it if it has).
Step 2: Change pass (to a LONG pass - like 20 random characters).
Step 3: Log out, and then back in. This will automatically log out everyone else on your account. |
