I saw most of the movie and, after myself personally watching every episode on the animated series, I gagged at how horrible it was. First off the Actors are nobodies. They have no talent, and are pretty new to the whole actor thing. Second, they totally screwed up the characters. Zuko is Indian, I have nothing against Indians, but his character is way different in the show. He barely has a scar, and he doesn't have is .....Ponytail....thing. Katara Is kinda chubby (As am I) and looks nothing like the character in the show. Sokka is Not funny, Voice is wrong, and he doesn't have is Ponytail Thing Eather! (How much does it cost to get these actors wigs and scrunchies?) Aang, I totally freaked on this one. They renamed him Ong. Ong??? They said it was because of Trademark. He acts way to Bad*** to be Aang, and he is potrayed as being confident and awesome at all times. He is not like that in the show!! Uncle Iroh is Skiny. --I would write more but I'm getting tired at 2:41 in the morning-- (These statements are personal opinions and are not meant to be taken seriously because the other does not want to be flamed. But TLA still Sux)

I hate what they did to the fire nation. :P I mean Ozai look absolutly NOTHING like the cartoon, neither did Zuko... So it was a fail of a movie

@Gbone Would you want to sit on your butt for 3-5 hours in a movie theatre? No. People don't like very long movies. That's why they have parts.

If you havnt seen the tv shows then it wouldve been a good movie. I didnt think it was that bad. I lliked it. There are some things in the movie I liked better then in the show, but some things in the show that I liked better then in the movie.

Things I like Better in the show: Aang was cute Fire Nation was Asian not Indian (no offence) Sokka funny Uncle Iroh was fat Prince Zuko was better looking The pronouncation of names

Things I liked better in the movie: Princess Yhuai was prettier Sokka offered to protect Princess Yhuai When Princess Yhuai gave up her soul she went in the water and her hair turned brown (in the show she touched the fish and fell down but her hair was still white).

I'm part Indian, and I HATED how all the Fire Nation was Indian. I mean, they all had the SAME hairdoo and no Beards, ponytails, OR LONG SIDEBURNS! THEY DO NOT GET A SLURPY. -Fruit

Sorry but, if you somehow liked that travesty of a movie, then you have horrible taste. The acting was bad, the storyboard was bad, the characters were bad, the script was HORRENDUS, special effects were decent, pronunciation wrong, and the HOMG SEQUEL SOON OLOOOOLOOLLO at the end made it for me. It wasn't even hilariously bad just....bad. There's NOTHING redeeming a bout this movie even if you've never seen the series.
