~Insomnia~ [RP]
The year is 2031.You may not know it, but the world is falling apart. People are unaware that the government is doing evil things to innocent people, just to stay at the head of the world. Among these many things, there is the DEFK program. Development and Education For Kids. It sounds harmless, right? That's what they want you to think. They take your brain and manipulate it. It is designed so when you age, only over a small time, you're body starts dying. They want the population to become smaller, so they can put more money into destroying the other nations.
You wake up. It's dark. You're young at the time. There's a man with a white mask standing over you, but you can't move. You try to scream. No sound comes out. They continue working on your open body for hours. When they're done, then force you to take pills to sleep. You wake up, and you're still there, but it's morning. You run for the door, and hear footsteps following you. They speed up, but you get away. Almost like they let you get away. You run back home, but have forgotten about the incident already. That was DEFK working on you. This story takes place 5 years after this happens to you. It happened to all of us. There was a small glitch with the program, though. You could remember glimpses of the situation. These glimpses could appear wherever, and can be triggered anytime.
You start having nightmares of the man standing over you, and this is your journey to find out what has happened to you. Will you die before you figure it out? Good luck!

Gender: F
Appearance: Long, snow white hair, down to her waist. She has dark blue side-swept bangs that come down to her left eye. Thin black eyebrows right above curious, bright blue eyes. A slightly pointed nose and chin. Very pale skin. She wears a blue plaid fedora and black hoops. She is wearing a strapless white shirt and black skinny jeans with black flats. She is about 5'2, and weighs 90 pounds.

Personality: Odd and mysterious. She doesn't like to be called Saschelle. No one really bothers with her, but when you do get to know her, she's a great friend. She absolutely loves gymnastics and is very flexible. Often practices to pass the time.
Bio: Chell was an outcast. An odd girl that read for fun, not because she had too. Her parents died when she was 7, so she had to fend for herself. Instead of going to a foster home, she was sent to an all-girl academy. |

Name: Mickey (Real Name: Kiyomi SUki)
Gender: Female
Appearance: Mickey has dark, chestnut hair with a faint trace of purple-blue highlights, that goes past her shoulders, but is well above her waist. A few strands of loose hair hang over her eyes. Her eyes are a soft shade of blue, with some splashes of purple and a very faint green. She has a scar that runs along the tip of her lip (right side) to her chin, one on her knee, and a few on her lower hip. She usually wears a navy-blue, ripped hat with a cute, tiny Pikachu attached to it, a thin, blue hoodie, and a denim, ripped skirt. She wears black converse shoes with purple-blue accents and rainbow lace-ups. Fingerless gloves that are black, with splashes off all the COLORS OF TEH RAINBOW. She's about 5'4", and can't even tip the scale to 90 when she's soaking wet. She's actually quite strong, though she looks like a weakling.

Personality: Brave, cheerful, energetic, crazy, VERY nosy, curious, headstrong, persistent, and dogged.
Bio: Mickey's got her head in the clouds. She's a dreamer, really, and an artist-a very good one. With her skills and freakishly big brain (she doesn't have a big head... just saying that she's quite the smart one), she invents pretty useless/useful junk, that usually fail. But she doesn't give up. All her little inventions are weird and crazy, and things that you don't really need. Because of this, and because she talks to her parrot, Russel, A LOT, most people don't like her, and try to avoid her. Mickey acts like she doesn't notice this and doesn't care.
Mickey's parents both died in an "accident", and so she moved in to her aunt and uncle's house. But they're always busy. Her uncle, always off in the military, and her aunt, usually doing Community Service and volunteering stuff. Lonely, Mickey's connection with Russel grew over the years. |
