Help, I can't join any games!

Everytime I try to join a game, this message pops up.... An error has occurred while starting Roblox, Then more details: rawApp. CreateInstance failed repeatedly: Class not registered Please reply if you can help me. I've already tryed rebooting and reinstalling. Thanks!!!
