How about in nbc can make stuff to, BUT they have a limit of 2 on hats and packedges. No gear, cause noobs might abuse :)

I like the idea, but three things. 1: The custom made things would have to go in a section like the library or something. 2: I don't think the heads and packages would go well. 3: Uploading a face from a png may also work (but could take some time or be too much) >-----(c° ⃞ °c)----->
