How do I make parts of a shirt transparent?

I looked at the Wiki and it didn't tell me anything. I'm using the trasparent template it has there, but it ain't transparent. Help!

If you mean make the transparent that blends to the robloxians skin, than it's easy. Just use something other than MSpaint. If you mean blend to the Site's background, I have no idea.
