RAT has come to nothing. Nothing changes just because our leader is banned. In-fact, things are somewhat better but people like you become paranoid and think its the end of the world.
Also, VIP, the question answers itself. You have to be a Captain or Admiral to be a mentor. I said that specifically because if you're of rank to where you can't really be promoted, you're perfect for that job. While if you're a High-Guard and are ready to take on the job of being someone who can promote people, that's perfect for a mentee. |

Bump, I've chosen mentee' for all the current mentors, but we need more Mentors for the remaining 4 mentee' I've chosen. DUE TO LACK OF MENTORS, I'm limiting the number of people to take part in this to 10 people. I'm sorry if you don't get picked, don't take offense to it.
