I remember the first episodes of Spongebob and multiple other shows. Now it seems that the episodes are truly different. They seem...I dont know, but shows have changed. Spongebob was nice and stuff but the newer episodes...They just seem more agrresive. Spongebob never got mad, he was nice and jolly, but in the newer episodes he does some strange things. I guess I cant really explain the change, but if you agree or disagree to what Im saying (or trying to say), post here.

but just think cartoons were way more violent back in the day like looney toons and tom and jerry for examples you know they were pretty violent. |

Also alot of cartoon characters are becomming really easy to draw, like Blue off of Foster's home for imaginary friends. |

Heh! You think that sorat stuff is bad, i remember when Gundam: 08th MS team first premiered on Toonami! That show had swearwords and showed the cockpit as a mech exploded (pilot gets incenerated!). But i don't really watch cartoons, i sit in front of the computer all day (i know, i need to get a life), and watch nick at nite (fresh prince of bell-aire FTW!). As for the easy-to-draw factor, artists are getting lazy. At least, North American artists are. They get paid to draw stuff i could draw! It may be because of the deadline (most networks release a new episode every week), but i'd much rather wait longer for a better product then get a really horribly drawn one once a week. |

I'm almost able to draw like Naruto characters and stuff.
When I grow up, I'm gonna make good clean cartoons with REALLY proffesional art work and not just a 10 second art cartoon. I want kids to be proud! lol |

I agree with Deathbringer300 cartoons were violent along time ago like popeye,Dbz, rent and stumpy,ect |

Cartoons of today (and the channels) are getting stupider and stupider,
(CN, Nickalodean,etc)
Every month theres a new show that lasts only for a week or so untill no one watches it... |

violence is funny. I can deal with violence in the cartoons, but obscene and profane things (like the iCarly example) should be left out. |

ya, people (artist) now days are lazy and dont like to work even their moives stink,and there supposed to be better looking than the cartoon itself......and im almosted able to draw stuff like naruto and FMA but im not quiet there yet the hands are tricky..........im getting off topic but ya artist here in the USA are lazy expt the peeps who do family guy and sorda stuff i bet that takes a good 30 min to draw but the artist in japan they take 1-2 hours just to draw one person 3-5 to draw a whole pic. (answering icecubes comment but it said ERROR when i tried to enter it) |

ya the only prob. is that some peeps think its "geeky" well i dont care,geeks arnt supposed to be athlidic right? well im one of the fastest kids at my school ONE of them not the fastest but one of'em...........ya well i draw anime and no ones going to change that thats my hobbie!!!! |
