'Could not insert the requested item'? Decal Help

I'm trying to insert a decal, but when I click on it in my decals, it says 'Could not insert the requested item' Why does it say that?

Was it made by you or did you just get it because maybe if you just got it maybe it was copied. (Wrong)

nvm my first responce um maybe it got deleted by a moderator so now you cant insert it
