Can't Use Transparency

After I went on Test, and downloaded the Test Roblox, It won't let me see through bricks if they have transparency. I've tried reinstallin, but It doesn't Work, Any Ideas?

for transparency the texture has to be plastic

correction:plastic can be 0,0.1,0.2,0.3 etc and 1.on the other hand,wood,slate,etc,can only be ste to either 0 or 1.does it help?
