can someone teach me how RocketPropulsion works?

several people have told me to use a RocketPropulsion for any gravity stuff. the only problem is, how do i use them? i cannot figure out how it works. does anyone know how?

Use BodyForce. Make 4, each with the power of 0, 196, 0. Every single one. not 196, 0, 0, not 0, 0, 196. Just 0, 196, 0.

Or attempt to undertand the gravity formula - Fg = G (m1*m2)/(d^2).
