-tl;dl version-
Until you rename the place/update it the place is hosted on one account. The other Brick Battle template are the same. If you see any flaws in this, READ THE WHOLE THING.
-Introduction-
As you all know, every registered account recieves a place. Even with the minimal parts, it still takes up space on the servers. With all of the useless accounts, that's a lot of space they could be wasting.
-Solution-
The place is hosted on a ROBLOX account, and by clicking on [insert name here]'s place, the page is redirected to the place. This would not only save space, it would also save space for the other template [Brick Battle] and would alert people about whether it's actually been updated or not. If it's reverted to an empty version (version 1), it goes back to the redirect. Obviously someone could update the place with nothing, but it still saves space.
-Retaliation to tradeoffs-
Tradeoff 1: Some of you may think that this is unfair because the players would not earn tickets. But honestly, do they really DESERVE tickets for a place they didn't even MODIFY, let alone make? No.
Tradeoff 2: Classic places would be gone? No, because it only changes places that have not been updated, and existing accounts would be left as-is, unless otherwise decided by ROBLOX.
Tradeoff 3: My BC/TBC/OBC places that I didn't work on will be gone! There are two solutions to this: First of all, it wouldn't do this to places indicating it was place 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,etc. Also, this would not effect BC, TBC, and OBC users, which I suppose would be a hardly used feature but still a feature.
Please give me some constructive critisism about my idea. |
