"Callahn Nordstum.." The voice repeated. Another sword dropped to the ground. |
Callie
"There you go." I said, looking curiously at the sword. |
I staerted looking for something. |
"Fight.." It said, then 3 pale apparations appeared out of the darkness. Each was armored head-to-toe, with weapons to the teeth. |
I executed my interrogation plan, and it went as expected. I learned of a legendary blacksmith at the end of the world that made magical weapons. Since that was my only choice to defeat Darkseed, I spent the next few days preparing for the expedition. |
The Blacksmith was preparing a Swinger Blade when the door busted open and hit him in the head. Standing there was a 7-foot tall hulking shadow. |
Callie
"Okay." I said, cracking my neck and twirling the two swords in my hand. |
The three ghosts lurched forward, each making some sort of E. It went through an arm and a leg, throwing you to the ground. |
Callie
"Well this isn't exactly fair.." I murmured, jumping up and slashing at the one to my left. |
It parried, and stuck you in the hair. The other slashed down your back. The last one leaped at you with amazing length. |
Callie
I had recoiled from the first, and my change of position made the other only hit me in the thigh with the flat side. As the other jumped at me, I jumped in the air and at the last second, twisting my body so my shoulder was aimed perfectly at it's chest for impact in 3..2..1.. |
A large, scythe weilding skeleton lurched out of the wall and shreiked. The blow is almost deafening, as it weakens its prey. It's sycthe in both hands, raised above iit's head-ready to strike. |
Callie
"Ahg!" I shouted, covering my ears. I saw it charging at me, so I decided to act. I put my arms down and braced my shoulders and then rammed into it's rib cage. |
The Skeleton stumbled back, and charged. It sliced a hair length away from your face, so fast you could feel the wind after the strike. |
Callie
I wagged my finger infront of the skeleton's face and tsked. While he was looking slightly confused at my finger, I quickly jumped up in the air and scissor kicked his head. |
I was now ready, so I set off on my journey.
As I was traveling along, I saw in the distance my first obstacle. The city before me was infamous for its lawlessness. Anyone who tried to enforce the laws was almost immediately murdered. But it was the only seaport in a hundred miles, so I had to procure a ship there to proceed across the sea. As I approached, I hoped that my skills would be enough to survive... |
Callie
I took the advantage that he was slightly stunned, so I ran twoards a wall and dived through a window, the glass shattering and falling like rain. I landed rolling on the ground, but I had balanced myself with my swords, so I sprang up and kept running. |
(Pooh and green, want to meet the others character?)
Darkseed's shadowed form appeared out of the wall, in the darkest of shadows.
"First trial for first candidate..Complete." He said, checking off a sheet with a quill. On the top of the sheet, it said
"Champion Tests". |

Edgar Sawer
I woke up in a jail cell, and heard screaimng outside,I looked out the barred window, but nothing was there. |
Callie
I had made it to the forrest. I sighed in relief and ran further into it. I found a sturdy tree, climbed up 5 branches and leaned against the trunk, breathing heavily.
The tree creaked, and fell down. A lumberjack stared baffled at how quick she leaped up the tree she was working on. A gust of wind blew by. The lumberjack walked over to Callie.
"Lemme help ya." He said. Then she noticed his eyes were black, with a purple pupil. |
Callie
"Wha?" I asked, surprised. |
Edgar Sawer
was freed by guard,"I`m sorry,We thought you were a spirt"He said to me. |
"You fell," The lumberjack said. He was quite nice looking for one who cut trees for a living. "Let me help you up." He said, offering a hand. |
Callie
It took me a second, but then I shook my head and got up myself and dusted my pants off. "I'm good." I said, still slightly dazed |
