1) Mute button: An in-game button that you could use to block other people from showing up in your chat bar. It would wear off if the server reset or if one of you left the game.
To everyone who says this is scriptable, it actually isn't, unless the place creator makes his own chat bar.
2) Phase property. In Forge mode, you can set it so that your items can go through the others as a property. So, I could put two bricks through each other with absolutely no problem, and without CFraming.
