Made this a long long time ago. Thinking about making another creepypasta for Halloween.
Before I even started my kart the first thing I noticed was the music. It was an eeriee mix of every bowsers castle song ever made, with occasional screams and Bowser laughs. The music was enough to give me goosebumps. Despite my fears I started driving down this difficult road, and caught up to my competition. As I went into the first turn I saw Luigi drift early and fall right over the edge. Instead of him respawning, my position in the race changed for 6/7 to 6/6. After several grueling curvves I got onto a narrow straightaway, and saw distorted item boxes. Finally, something I recognized. I smashed into the item box, got a green shell and threw it at Donkey Kong up ahead. It was a dead hit, straight to the back of the kart. But instead of his kart wiping out the normal way, the kart exploded and poor Donkey Kong flew right out, and Bowser started laughing again. I kept driving foward into the darkness, and eventually I came Donkey Kong's corpse. It was very bloody and mangled, and had already been ran over by a kart. I could see the intestines hanging out. Somehow, even though what I saw was so gruesome, something kept me driving.
As more characters died as I went down the mysterious road, the music got slower, deeper, and more eerie. I was scared out of my mind, but something, something impossible to describe kept me going. After hours of gruesome deaths, brutal curves, and scary music, I came up to a bright brown bridge that went in a circle, exactly like the one in DK's Jungle Parkway. and what looked like a ramp. It was not the main track, but a poorly hidden shortcut that would give me a break from the difficult curves. Drifting into the shortcut, I noticed a big crater in the middle of the spiral where the track would be. Halfway through, a huge amount of lava burst out of the "crater" and the track turned black, except that the word "DARK" could be seen on the pieces of wood. After shooting off the ramp, I was in the air for several minutes, and when I was close to landing, a picture appeared that said "TURN BACK". I burst through it, as well as some pictures or gruesome deaths, but what really bothered me is how real it looked when I burst through the pictures. And then, I finally landed.
Looking foward, I could see there was only a few turns left to go. I was happy to finally be close to the finish, when I heard the song you hear when you get a star mixed with the N.64 Rai.nbow Road theme song. It was Bowser again, and he smashed into Toad so hard that he flew right out of the track and was never seen again, leaving blood behind. He was trailing on me, when he made the mistake of not turning quick enough and fell off the edge. Now it was only me and Yoshi, approaching the huge blood red castle.We went into it and it looked exactly like the courtyard from Bowser's Castle, the statue and everything, but as we went inside we saw that the cage that normally holds a thwomp was open, and the normal left turn was covered in flames. We went straight, Yoshi ahead of me, and he was crushed by the thwomp. It was the most gruesome and disgusting thing I had ever seen, but I continued. I was in DARK'S lair, and everything was blood red except a ghost shaped black spot in the room.
As I got closer to him, my kart vanished away until it was just me, the blood red room, and DARK. A tube appeared, filled with some strange liquid, with a dead Peach with go.rey cuts everywhere. What seemed like a white mouth opened on , and I heard the follow in a deep, robotic voice, unlike any of the game's characters:
You were to late to save her. You humans are pathetic. Yes, managed to- aged to beat my challege, but you did in hours what I managed to do in just minutes. You are so puny it makes me laugh. [Bowser Laugh is heard here] I've been looking for someone to help me in conquering the universe and all the weak organisims inside it, but you would only waste me time. Here, let me- et me give you something easier, but you'll manage to [cens.ored] that up too.
The same Lakitu from DK's Jungle Parkway picked me up again, and brought me to Frappe Snowland. Instead of another race, it was a time trial because I was the only one left, and DARK rejected me. There was one key difference though, the snow was bright red. I had no control over my guy, he kept driving foward until he went out of bounds. Instead of the normal "Race Data Cannot be saved for Ghost" message, it said "You are a ghost. You cannot be saved." as the controller fell through my hands. I looked down, and I could not see myself.
It's going to be hard to clean the attic now.
