Problem with insert tool

For some reason, every time I use an insert tool, my models won't load. I click "My Models" on the top of the gui, and nothing happens. I asked other people if it worked for them, and they said there was nothing wrong with their's. I also try shutting down my computer and reloading the game, but nothing I try seems to work. Do you have a solution or know what it causing this? Thanks.

Oh, and I can only insert decals, bricks, weapons, etc.

I've also tried re-installing ROBLOX, but that didn't work.

Ths happens to me, its becuse they are not public domain or avalible in free models. For instance I created 2 tanks, one a free model one a non free model. I cant insert the non free model, comprende?

@Dupershmock No, I did it in Play Mode. I also have an insert game with over 18k visits, and I can't insert anything there, which makes me mad. I also went to other places and tried, and that didn't work either. Then I tried going on different accounts, and my other accounts work just fine with the insert tool.

i have the same problem, although it is for these things: cant get to my odels in online or offline and cannot use anything but sets and decals. it also says an error occured if i go to the my models portion of the insert thing in offline mode. ive reinstalled and everything. i used my alt, feyyorre, to see if it was my computer and his is just fine.

deadheartlesssoul ur right roblox need to fix this feature or else no one can upload models no more I think they disabled it becuase many people tries to hack roblox or create viruses using the upload feature .......

Solution: roblox removed insert service and you can only use models that the creator of the insert game has, so you must pm him/her the creator of the game and tell him/her to get the model you want Have a nice roblox day
