A-POC takes place in the near future, when an apocalypse occurs. I can't tell you much now, but soon, everything before this will be explained.
You are in a bunker. A heavily fortified bunker filled with weapons, made by the military. It isnt puny. It's about the size of a mall. There was supposedly an error in the hundreds of nuclear plants set up nearby, I can explain that later. The plants were having meltdowns, supposedly going to wreck the planet. That's why you are in a military bunker. The bunker is so armored, all the buckshot in the facility couldn't break through. You are in a new branch of the military, called A-POC. Apocalyptic Preservation Of Civilation. You are being trained to be soldiers, others are becoming scientists or engineers. You all are wearing celiums packs, which prevent radiation causing cancer. Celiume was designed to inject or apply and kill radiation molecules. YOu have thick camo uniforms, and tan riot helmets on. You all have EMAR-1 rifles, standard issue for A-POC, USP match pistols, and BLazer swords, which are swords with laser edged blades. The bunker rumbles. You all start to have a sinking feeling, and hide inside the PARV inside. PARVs make tanks look like toys. You all get to work welding the vehicle shut, and then you hear loud bangs...

Lucas heard long, low pitched rumbles. The meltdown was over. Lucas put on the celiume pack to take a look outside. The base wasnt wrecked, but it want in top shape either. He saw a guard, probably from the military, but the man looked mutilated. He was bleeding out, and had a missing arm. The meltdown was affecting only the non-sealed lobby. Lucas looked out a window, and saw that there was so much radiation outside, the air rippled like it was near fire, but it was rippling EVERYWHERE. The soil outside had shook to the point it became sand. The apocalypse had hit. |

Raphael spotted someone walking out of the room which he'd been waiting so long in. Raphael was curious, flicked a finished cig and raised his gun. He started to walk slowly out of the room to follow the person.

Lucas took a turn to get into the armory. There was an experimental EMAR-2, a EMSMG-1, and a pipe bomb launcher. He picked up an EMAR-2 and proceeded to open the airlock outside the bunker. It had an airlock to preven radiation from entering. Outside, it was barren. New york was a wreck. In the distance, Lucas could see the arm of the statue of liberty, holding up the torch, mostly buried in sand. Buildings were wrecked, a good amount of the city was practically dust. Lucas walked into a hospital, hoping to get first aid kits and adrenaline for the other soldiers. |

The hospital was dilapidated and snapped in certain areas. It seemed that there want't just a meltdown, but an earthquake too. |

Raphael lost sight of the person. He lowered his weapon to turn on the torch attached to his gun. He then lifted his gun yet again and slowly searched around the dark areas of the room that he was passing through. |

Lucas pulled open a very beaten up metal drawer, to find a medkit. Inside was gauze, an adrenaline shot, a bottle of ibuprofen, and hydrogen peroxide. He put it in his backpack and went searching for more first aid. |

John walked slowly through a crumbling street. He was surprised that any of the buildings were still standing after such a disaster. The noise of screeching metal could be heard in the distance, but he payed no attention to it. He checked the clip of his m4a1, 30 bullets. he turned to a large section of wall to his left. Removing a can of black spray paint from the secondary holster on his jacket, he shook it, and crudely wrote "A-POC" on the dusty bricks. John re-holstered the can and continued to walk through the city. |
