Anyway i think ROBLOX should make a thing on the My ROBLOX bar at top and account settings - Change Name.
It has to be a name which hasn't already been taken, and to stop "noobs" from changing it every 5 seconds there might be a cost? |

Make a new account
Or if they make this idea, you will be charged real money. It's not a completely free game. |

Oh lol sorry. I didn't read the end of your post. I still agree with the cost.
But I don't know if this is possible. ASPX code, which is the code this website uses (roblox.com/Forum.[aspx]), has a database. When you sign up, you become part of the database. And I don't think that the database can change by players being able to access "name change". Since, this could become hackable and may make ROBLOX brake in many ways, like, you could search "people" for your old name, it will come up. And when you change it, you search "people" for your new name, nothing will show. And if you changed your name and searched for your old name, your old name would show, when you click it, it would probably say "Error".
So I don't think that's possible.

However, there could be a way for the Admins to get around the database and make a new database automaticly corosponding to the amount of users they get new each day. For example:
5 people today sign up, 1 database would be made, the 5 people would be moved into the database.
9 people sign up tomorrow, 1 database would be made, the 9 people would be moved into the database.
That could work. However, one of the "9" or "5" might be able to hack into someone else's account via the database. |

Instead of changing your name, it would be better if you had a 'Nickname' function.
But when you went to search for someone in 'People' it would show both your username AND your nickname. |
