I have a couple ideas for new values concerning bricks like transparency, reflectance, elasticity, and friction. I have two more to add to that.
Cohesion: Pretty much the stickyness of the brick. If 1 is the value for this, it can never break off of what it is touched to, and not even a super-powered explosion will break the bond. Any value in between 0 and 1 will keep the brick in place- But the bond isnt as strong. The strength of an explosion of something hitting it will break it depending on the value of Cohesion.
CanCollide: READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU COMMENT. This is kinda like what stage of matter this is, but with a value. A value of 1 will make it so that you can move it like you move normally through air. A value of 0 means you can't pass through it. Any number in between simply cuts the velocity of the object moving through it depending on the value inputted.
These are my ideas, enjoy. :D |

In a way, this may just reduce lag, if brick collision formulas are done in the way that I think they're done. Support! =D |

This sounds cool, I already got some ideas for how to use this
Support! |

Hnm... As said already. This would reduce lag. And better yet, it will allow for further customization for specific things. (EG Metal will be hard to break through. Wood will be easy... Slime or very thick liquids will be harder to traverse, while simple water will be easy... Despite the fact that the whole idea will add a realist touch, and give people reasons to stay OUT of water.)
So this is something I would support. |

Not really usefull for me.
But I can understand it why u should have this.
Great idea.
So I support |

I only like the improved can collide, even though it would cause more lag than normal can-collide |

thanks for the support people. keep it coming! |

Definitely useful.
-Realistic water (swimming)
-Hard to break walls
-Quicksand |

Great idea but I do think that you can have the bond thing possibly with a weld but it might not hold as strongly |
|
|
I like the first one, but the second one... *Cough*joints and welds*cough* |

I like them! I especially like the Cohesion property.
By the way, did you mean to say Property instead of Value?
Either way, I think this is great! |
|
|
Ok, I'm alittledangerous's brother, and what he means by cohesion is that when you have a weld or a snap or glue, ect, the strength of it depends on the value of cohesion.
That should make it a little easier. |

Come on... Moar support pl0x!! |
