End the war and make peace. Their military got wiped out. They will rebuild over time. Iridine has protected any nation that loses a war to stop people from trying to rise empires. They haven't been to succesful on protecting them from Cinera, who conquers without any second thoughts.

There are no magic powers no. But there are magic items and places, even magic beings in those magic places. Such as the Cadade. An object that lets you talk to someone from anywhere. You basically speak in their mind.
