I think that there should be more admins at ROBLOX. For instance here is an example.
Example: A noob keeps spawnkilling you. You report him. Nothing happens to him today. Nothing happens to him tomorrow. Nothing happens to him at all. The problem is there are tons of Robloxians and only a handful of mods. Therefore as you can imagine the mods are overloaded with reporting and forum moderation and image checking and all that stuff. If there were more mods there wouldn't be as much work for them. Sure the example would still happen quite often but less than before. Support or no support? |

Spawnkilling? That's your best example? Spawnkilling isn't even a reportable offense anymore. I suppose it could be counted as mean or rude behavior, but it's not that serious. |

It's not my BEST example. Ok i'll give you another example. A guy was once hacking a game. I don't remember what it was. I report him. Not in-game but I went to his profile and all. I report him. Nothing. I wait and wait. Nothing. Spawnkilling was just a small example. |

Roblox has a good enough number of admins. You don't want too many or they couldn't all be payed. |

Fine point take. Next time i'll report him in game. We're getting off-topic. This is only an example. Many times have i reported but nothing has happenned. Here's another way to solve the problem. If you happen to have a screenshot of the person doing something against the rules. Make it a decal, and when you report the person IN-GAME there could be a special bar where you put the url of the decal. That way maybe that report would be in fornt of other ones because it has proof.

It's true hat if there are too many admins then ROBLOX wouldn't have enough money to pay them, but they still need more. I'm not saying that they have to go ahead and hire 50 people. I'm saying maybe 1 or 2 right now, and a few more later.

More mods= More corrupt updates. More mods= Expensive hats because they have to pay them. More mods= Corruption. Corruption= Angry Noobs. Angry Noobs= riots and spam. Riots and spam= more mods to ban them. More mods= Roblox loses people. Loses people= SHUTDOWN! |

There are 51 people working for ROBLOX and you ask me if that's enough. Looks like enough, but you can plainly see that it isn't. Also Dialgia, All mods should ask permission from creator of ROBLOX before they make any hats or packages or gear or anything. I don't see how expensive things would make people angry. If you don't have the money, too bad. I'm not rich but I'm not complaining. Also this wouldn't lead to corruption. Remember the only user that can make things like gear, packages and hats is ROBLOX. If another admin got on that account and made an expensive hat, it would be of no benefit to the admin. Plus when you are an admin Robux and TIx are worthless. Remember, you work for ROBLOX. I'm pretty sure you would already get a lot of daily Tix/Robux.

They have enough admins.
And even if they didn't do you really think we can control that?
No.
They have to hire people and pay them a salary.
What if they can't afford to hire people right now?

Ifyou haven't noticed I gave an example. If you read my other posts. And yes I don't think they have enough mods. No I don't think we can control that. This is just a suggestion. And if they canit afford to pay the salary for more mods then ok. They don't have to egt more mods right now. Remember businesses, as well as the economy, always go up and down. When ROBLOX is on the up maybe they can afford to hire some more admins. And how is the title of this thread irrevelant?
