Every time my server connects to a game, it freezes

Then, the game calls the server I loaded place1. By the way its not my place! I can insert bricks and stuff. But I see nothing. Only the skybox. And other times the game boots up, it calls the server place1, then I click and it all turns white and freezes. Then I am forced to restart the internet. I really need help!
