Yeah it says that your new so i get why you wrote this forum.
What you want to do is simple.
Click on someone's account and click Send FR or Send Friend Request.
Then wait when it's accepted or denied.

Well if you want friends be nice. and if they want you to be thier friend look for them in people type their username and click friend request.simple. |

go to people type in the name click their name friend reques them or someone friend requests you |

Simply do this
People > Put name of person in > Enter > Click that persons name > Under there character/blurb click Send Friend Request. |
