You wake up in a small house. You have your summoning tome by your side. Your house is made of stone, and has a window. Outside you hear a small commotion, a little bit away from where you are.

Look outside, and see the commotion. If it has 2-4 people, ignore it, and study spells. If it has more than 4 people, summon a large stick, just in case they decided to do something to this house.

(Is there a sign-up for this.)

You look outside and see some of yuor neighbors, Joseph Adams and Ikoran Choral outside. You decide to open your tome. Most of the pages seem glued together, but it has 3 readable pages in it: Page 1: Hello summoner! This book has a variety of things to conjure up. Use them and you will soon achieve greatness! Be warned, some of these spells are very exhausting. Page 2: Summon Pole, you can use this spell to create a wooden pole that you can use for combat! Page 3: Summon Rat, you can use this spell to summon a rat. Not only that, but you can see through the rat's eyes! When you stop looking through it's eyes, it dissapears in a wisp of smoke. WARNING: Extended use is very tiring.

Well. That stinks. Try to seperate the pages. If it doesn't work, explore the town.

(( Frankbomb, send a PM with a character sheet. I will make a sign up soon, once I hit my fifth thread. Include: Weapon, Name, Job and Gender.)) You start to explore the town. There is a general store near you, and the people down the street you saw from your window.

See if I can get some sort of job from the general store.

You go to the store, and ask if they have a job for you. The manager says there are some rats, that just won't seem to die. He asks you to try to figure out how to make the rats leave.

Get the tome, go back to the general store. Summon a rat, and try to make it find all the reat hole places. Than, seal them up with smaller versions of the combat pole.

Actually, gather small sticks that look like enough to plug the holes before going back, instead of summoning poles.

You go into the back room, by yourself. You summon a rat, and start to see what it sees. However, the rat wanders aimlessly and does not help much. You release it, and it dissapears into smoke. Then you create a pole. Your spellbook starts to glow!

Hope that I can now summon "Cheese" or "Cat", and open the book.

You notice that the fourth page is now available to read! Pg 4: "Summon Rat Level 2: Now not only can you see what the rat sees, you can control its movements and have it communicate with other rats!"

Summon "Rat Level 2" and make it run around, making noises that would generally make rats want to get out of their hidey holes. (Do you play Kingdom of Loathing?)

(( No, why? )) (( The name of the spell is "Summon Rat: Level 2." You would not summon "rat level 2", but rather cast "Summon Rat: Level 2". It doesn't matter much though.)) All the rats gather around the one you created.

(It's fun. It's completely F2P, and funny if you get the jokes. But it's text based, and the graphics are stickmen. It's still fun. If you wanna play it, pick Turtle Tamer, though. You can get lots of cash for one basic turtle, you get a 50% HP boost, and you have uber abilities.) Seal up the areas the rats came from., and then conjure a staff. Kill them.

You release your vision on the rat so you can attempt to seal the areas where the rats came from. However, when the rat magically dissapears, they all retreat back to into thier holes before you get the chance to seal the area.

Now seal the area. I know where they are, so it's fine. I think. Leave after sealing everything, after showing the owner. Collect the gold/money, if he gives it to me.

The owner sees that the rats are sealed into the wall. He is satisfyed, and he pays you in the form of a wooden shield.

Well, I hope I can use that pole/stick as a one handed weapon. Go back to the neighbors, after conjuring that pole.

You conjour a pole. You now seem really tired. Eventually, you arrive and see an unconcious male, a male and a female with tomes knocked down onto the floor, a blacksmith, and a knight.

Feel tempted to get the tomes and GTHO, but don't. Say "Well. What happened here?"

lol awkward silence Poke the faint man with a stick. If he doesn't twitch or something, he's dead. If he does, he's still alive. Go home and rest either way.

((Yeah, these are the other people, and nobody responded.)) The man twitches.
