More rare hats/gears...

We need more rare limited hats. Like dominus-rare hats. We need hats that are cheap but really rare, like 100 limitedU. Because who wants a limited that 1000 people have? Exactly. Only the katanas made it big for that.

as long as they are less than 1000 tix (dont deny it, we need more of those kind of hats and a tix gear that doesnt expire)
