Honestly roblox , you don't have a good lighting system. When the lights are dimmed , all bricks are dimmed aswell. I could add a fire to a brick to make light appear in the place , but there would be no light actually emitting from the fire. If you could add lighting to bricks and fire, then you could actually have a "Pitch black" place with a cave in it , and the depths of the cave could be explored more realistically. Within the lighting effect, there would be two options , one to control the amount of light emitting from the brick, and the other to control what color the light is.

Problem: The rendering/physics/game/whatever engine isn't advanced enough. Before we make dynamic lighting, we need a dynamic engine.

dynamic lighting causes massive lag. no support. if you REALLY want light, try suggesting light mapping.

Well. We don't know if it would cause lag. Roblox already has a new "shadowing" to differentiate between one block and another. I just noticed it in build mode. If that kind of change is lagless, then dynamic lighting may also be lagless. Besides, Roblox has ways of fixing the lag.

Frozen, dynamic lights cause lag? Go to any modern video game and tell me it lags. olaH (backwards, else it get censored) for PC had DLights. And that most certainly doesn't lag. And it runs on the same system specs as ROBLOX. There is no reason for why ROBLOX can't do this other than laziness and stupidity.

I think you are allowed to say games that are online, as long as they are not computer games..
