There isn't a leaderboard of who's in command, that's stupid. Check your rank compared to all the ranks and work it out yourself. |

No, if you look at the ranks, Major-General is BELOW Lieutenant-General. After that, it's General, then Captain-General. |

Every person's rank that is not the displayed rank is the displayed rank. E.g. if your rank on the group wall is Major-General, and you aren't mentioned here, then you're a Major-General. Look at the ranks to figure out the order of the ranks.
