instead of having to buy certain colored hats, u can buy a color changing hat! like while ur in the game, u use the color changing hat gui, to change the color of ur hat!

I've done this before. Get the hat from free models. Get the mesh of the hat. Recolor it however you want.

Nice. But technically, won't that be gear? Because you have an in-game GUI and it's usable.
