I suggest the under the "Account Tab", there should be an Ad Preferences section. This section would have a list of categories from which you would filter. (i.e. Fantasy, Horror, Obby, Tycoon, etc.) You would check all boxes that apply, and see little to no ads from the categories you didn't check. This would help you find more games that you would enjoy, rather than just a random assortment of games. Non-BC/BC games would also be a category, as an ad for a BC game is useless for an NBCer. Offsite ads would not be affected. This wouldn't lower the amount of ad views of a certain category, as ads would be rerouted to those who would probably click them. An ad statistic would show you how many users prefer what kind of ad. (This would help you figure out what kind of place would be popular.) Any comments or suggestions? Post.

That sounds like a really good idea, but; the user of the ad wants visits from not just people that play that category, but all of them.

@chris The ads would be directed at people who would actually play the game, rather than the people who would see it, and just ignore it because they don't like tycoons or something. You would still see the same number of ads, but all of the ads would be relevant to you.

Okay, I don't see how I can argue or defend any further.

Yea, either that, or BC players should be kind enough to put a BC sign on their ad.

@yugi Offsite ads would still be shown, which would be good for ROBLOX. Also, preferences would influence the types of ads you see. If you uncheck everything, you would still get ads, but it would just be a random flow.

@Mina Very good question. Since a preference system would mean an ad would have to be put into a class, the owner of a place in that situation would be able to select both BC and NBC as a class. That way, it would be seen by both BC and NBC users. Also, ads would be reported if put under the wrong classification. This is so users won't just check every box to get everyone to see their ad. The user who ran the ad would not be punished, but they would be asked to change the classification of the ad. Comments?

support but you have to check at least 2 boxes because people wont check any at all so they dont have to see ads
