Will ROBLOX even run well on the Mac?

I am just wondering..concidering that Macs usually have trouble running some games. I myself own a mac, and I have had some trouble running games on it. So im just asking if it will even run well.

macs are in most cases, better then a pc when running a game They easily can accomplish it. Even an iphone can accomplish the roblox gameplay

It is dependent entirely on how good the hardware inside the computer is. To answer your question, yes. A mac will be able to run Roblox at the same speed as a PC with the same specs.

Because Macs run a different OS than PCs, the drivers and techniques that are used to allocate RAM and graphics card usage are different. The Apple drivers just happen to be better at this than the Windows drivers :) -PHD1

PCs and Macs alike are constantly running background tasks. However, with many PCs I've used, these backgrounds tasks cause the computer to slow down. Macs, however, let you use it without even noticing a change in system speed. So yes, Macs CAN and WILL run well on a the OS X system. And, compared to a PC with the equal specifications, Macs may just run ROBLOX better; it all depends on how ROBLOX creates the program.

Yes, the Apple drivers run some things faster than others, so many programs run faster on OS X than on Windows. However, some programs also run slower on OS X than on windows. All drivers, Operating Systems, and software has their strengths an weaknesses, and none is technically superior to any other. It's up to the user to decide.

You know, when I tried ROBLOX on mac yesterday, IT WAS EPIK! I mean, it was fast and all, but I couldn't do much, like the ROBLOX Studio wouldn't open and I couldn't play other public games, I could only build my own. So I think ROBLOX is better on a mac. It is kinda weird when you think that a "Home" PC can only run ROBLOX with like, what? 29.6 FPS? I couldn't see, but I know this portable mac was running like 50 FPS! I couldn't see shadows though :( Ty0456
