Usually 12 years of school is enough. China is very focused on education but most of the people do not have a car. Im Canadian and i have gone to private school for a long time.

Iceland Believe me, they give you a nice apartment, free healthcare, you don't need to lock the door, because there is completely NO crime, and in winter they offer you a holiday in Europe...
