Your name is always pronounced the same, regardless of what language the person is speaking in.
Just because someone's name is 'Ruth' (a Hebrew name) doesn't mean we translate their name into English to say it. Or if someone's name is 'Pedro' we don't translate it into English to say it.
The only way it would change is the way it is written, i.e, if your name is being written in an Eastern language it would be written in some different alphabet. |

Sam in Japanese would be written as サム.
Which reads as 'sa-mu' and is pronounced as 'Sam' |
