Hmm, maybe not a background picture, but a background figure? Such as having a sun behind you or palm tree. Not the whole picture.

@micky No. Because one company can't copyright something that a bunch of other companies, the real problem is. That somebody posts a bad thing or somebody gets seizures from flashing color. OR hurting eyes from "Day-Glo" colors.

@Blaze Disney has copyrighted every EVERYTHING they have, they even buaght the word Epic, most online dictionaries will say "Owned by Disney."

BTW, of course CP doesn't have a copyright on BACKGROUNDS! Anyone can make BACKGROUNDS for their characters! The only copyright they have on their BACKGROUNDS is for anti-replication of the artwork. Leave it to little kiddies to think that it has a copyright tho... [I'm 15 now. :P]
