no it's not, jsut making spiderman, masks, but roblox is allwoed to make them look like copyrighted stuff as long as it's not named the same.

No, thats wrong its copyrighted NOT just because of the name, you can name a hat spiderman and you won't get copyright sued, ALTHOUGH you can make a hat/mask IDENTICAL (The same) to a spiderman mask and name it WAFLEZ and get sued for copyrights.
