Improved ban system!

What I had in mind was the ADMINISTRATORS improve the noob banning system meaning, that instead of permanent banning the accept it bans the IP Adress. What do you think yay or nay?

IP's only change when the IP is reset, or the Modem/Router has been reset.

@ Youtube it is illegal to 'IP track' your suggesting ROBLOX does this to keep the player IP banned. A permant ban does already IP ban you, but only from the account creation page.

What if your banned unfairly or you have siblings who made their accounts on the same IP?

IP bans are easy to get around.. Just clear your cache', reset your modem/router, or if you want to be 100% sure. System restore to a couple days ago.. Ruthless bans are stupid and worthless.. All it does is mess it up for people who dont know how to get rid of a ban.
