Okay, for the last time. ROBLOX doesn't give viruses. Free Models CANNOT give viruses that affect your computer outside of ROBLOX. Yes, they can mess around with your place, but just don't use them. I think that you've been to other different websites, or clicked pop-ups that gave you the virus. ROBLOX has been proven not to give any viruses, thus being called 'kid-friendly'. Don't blame all your problems on ROBLOX. Do a Comprehensive Scan with your Norton, even though it make take a while to complete. After it is finished, it might have found and patched your issue. Just let Norton do its job, and see what it comes up with.

@L3V14TH4N:No. I am not sure why, but roblox DOES sometimes redirect you to a "System Scan" webpage that is obviously attempting to infect your computer. I suspect ads are the reason, so Roblox really needs to work out whatever's doing that for any NBCers.

The only reasons you would be redirected to other pages from Roblox is if you had something like Trojan.Malware! on your computer - pharming.

A- Get BC, B- Scan for viruses, Or C- Don't play roblox. Probaly B or A. Those will remove/help get rid of viruses.(BC-No offsite ads= Less viruses)

Okay, s sometimes ADS that are not from ROBLOX do infect your computer with Trojans. I just do a Comprehensive Scan and it fixes viruses from my computer I never even knew I had. If something like this pops up: "A Trojan has infected your computer! We recommend you remove it by pushing ok.....", just X out of it and scan. If Norton can't fix it, try and look it up on the faithful Internet. maybe get a few extra antivirus programs. This always works for me.

do all of you useinternet explorer 9 by any chance because a computer guy came and throug a long process we got 9 and i got this popup too it happned twice but i'm running roblox im firerfox although i can't play games i have no popups and never had it happen until i used 9 this is going along with my moms gmail account getting hacked so it might be a corrupted user profile just my input ya know

If some guy went to your house to install IE9, then he probably ripped you off and downloaded viruses to the computer. Internet Explorer 9 is free, and it only takes 5 minutes to download from Microsoft's website.

Popup? I recommend McAfee and FireFox. Use a pop-up blocker. I once on "play roblox" I got a virus from a pop up...... :(

Everyone who says that ROBLOX doesn't give viruses I got a new PC,Didn't visit execpt ROBLOX Got that stupid virus scanner called Antivirus 2009 Pwned it and Stages.A,Vista Antivirus. (Also learned that I need a stupid antivirus(notreally lol cuz those viruses toke me 15 mins to remove them and I didnt play deception infection in those 15 mins D:)I got a stupid antivirus that downloaded for 10 mins,Thought it was weak cuz it had a short download,Appears it was strong.)

About scanning with ######### do you mean ###### 360? If you do, than I have a piece of advice for you. Don't use it. I have used ###### and ###### 360, and I got viruses on both. Since I got AVG (even the free version works very well), I haven't gotten ANY viruses
