Uhm, I used it a few months ago for a prank on my brother. It's where you click it, a popup message comes up, once you close that another and so on. I think it was Java. |

I'm not really getting this question. You obviously want to make a popup window, and I'm pretty sure you're using windows...
What language are you using? Assembler, C/C++, Java, Lua? |

No idea, I remember you put it in your adress bar and hit enter and it would make a pop up. |
