noobs cant understand when everyone wants them to leave the map or people cant chat iwth others and roleplay! Thats no fun To get this into a riot just say I APPROVE THIS FORM or make more of these forms

Well most people are safe chat for reasons... You have Parents,Email Verification and other stuff...

No. Users 12 and under without a parent account can't chat because Roblox doesn't want them telling others their personal info. Kids 12 and under aren't the brightest yet and don't have much common sense. Guests (Since you said "Everyone") shouldn't talk because their age is unknown, and they could break the rules without getting in trouble.

Please do not call people noobs because you have Builders Club and they do not. Builders Club is an added bonus of Roblox but it does not excelerate you above other users. Roblox is a kid friendly website and therefore needs to have a safe atmosphere. If parents don't want their children to be able to talk to online people then it's their choice. I disagree with this suggestion.

Back on topic: No everyone should not talk, because kids below 12 might give out personal information, for guest if they did talk they could cuss without getting punished. You may think that all BC'ers can chat without activating their account... Well you sir are wrong, I've audition safe-chatter in a BC game...

wow all my friend just made fake parent accounts AND HE JOINED ROBLOX WHEN HE WAS 10 lol i joined when i was 12 but im 13 now besides most ppl just lie about their age lolol
