I'm pulling the rules from the NRBL Original, as in, actual 2009, Skyscraper Original, Rulebook :3
Teams will be 4 - 6 teams, of 8 - 12 players. We will play a 18 game schedule and then playoffs, all teams make the playoffs.

Making schedules right now, I need umpires for the league. I will assign umpires to games. Just tell me when you can ump (days). Umpires need to PM and report official game results to me. If I get no PM then its not official, if the ump posts results on SF, that counts.
