Let's say somebody wants to sell their place away to somebody else. I know what you're thinking. It may be abusable, but keep reading. Somebody puts their place up for 50 Robux. One of their friends wants to buy it. They automatically get the place, and the place owner won't care, since he put it on sale in the first place.
Now, This has to be BC only because NBC'ers can only have 1 place. Unless we can twist my suggestion around and say, "Trade" places. But that won't be a good idea.
I think this is a good idea because now, when people make places for friends and such, they can finally GIVE it to them for a certain amount.
Support or no support?

That is a good idea. Although, the market tax would be subtracted from the amout the place owner actually gets. I have something to add. If someone buys a place and doesnt give credit it would make the actual creator mad. So under the description it should say: [Isert name here] has bought this place from [Insert name here]. |

Also, putting up a place for sale automaticly copy locks it. So no one except the buyer would get to take the place. |

There could be a bidding option where you bid on the place. The "auction" would last a certain amount of time and the highest bidder wins. |

Most people i see say "Wanna buy my place?" And im sorry for them because they cant sell it. Also needs a free option if there a map and scripting instead of using free models.
