Let's say someone has 6 month BC. After 6 months their BC will expire and there loyalty bonus will reset.
That wouldn't be fair to the person because what if they want to renew the 6 month BC right after it expires? They can't renew it before the 6 months are over so that would mean they would loose the extra R$. And it wouldn't even matter if they renew it right when it expires because accoring to the update, it will reset when BC expires.
I think they should do 1 of 2 things:
1. Make it so that any BC subscription (1 month, 6 months, etc.) is renewable at any time.
or
2. Make is so that when your BC expires you get a message asking you if you will renew your BC within the next day or so, this way you have time before the loyalty program resets.
I know you non BC'ers don't care but this was just mainly for BC members. |
