Know how theres, at the moment, only putting a % at the begining of a message for team only chat.
I think there should just be MORE of these.

'#' = for Whisper to player (#ReallyRandomGuy# Hi. Plz play mi place!!) (Is recived as "ReallyRandomGuy whispers to you: Hi. Plz play mi place!!)
'[]' = Block player ([]ReallyRandomGuy) (Note, no messages IN-GAME will be recived and no chat messiges whispered or in just main chat)
'~' = Group only (~ Right. On with the meeting!)
